there are plenty of villas and apartments to rent on Santorini, in every price bracket imaginable. There are a couple of reviews on http://www.tripadvisor.com which is always worth checking out. Anastasis Apartments get a top rating from honeymooners.
You do have to dig a little: some places are called villa, or apartment, but don’t seem to provide self-catering facilities.
